Let's be real here - I'm Irish and Italian. Yet, a student of the culinary arts. A lesson which takes place in Chris' or my kitchen weekly! Last night we tried making Risotto - tried and succeeded!! It was delicious. Here's the recipe we loosely followed. We didn't have Parsley so, we threw in some peas. Also, I bought Rosemary/Balsamic marinated chicken for some extra flavor!
