weekend workout

If it's blustery where you are too, then I know you don't want to leave the house this weekend!  Here's a great indoor workout you can do - you don't even need a kettle bell, just use a hand weight!  

If your upcoming resolution is to be a fitter and healthier you, the time to start is now.  Get a head start, this will help your metabolism through all those Holiday parties!
