I will tell you what, I have been a little lazy about my workouts. But, with the holidays and all the yummies that come along with that around the corner (sorry, it's truue!) the time is now!
My goal is to reset my routine so I'm feeling great by the time Christmas rolls around.
For me, getting in a really great workout throughout the week is difficult. I really look to the weekends to tough through a good 45 minute screamer or a long run. It's also good for the mind.
I found this workout on Pinterest. This is great for a home workout because it doesn't require any equipment.
Don't wait for New Years make a plan now!
