Due to mass amounts of rain I was fresh out of outfit photos for a post today. So, I played a little dress up on Saturday while the sun was out. I saw this dress on Hello Fashion blog and I knew I had to have it. Can you believe it's from Target? When they had it in my size still I was so excited I just scooped it right up without even trying it on. Impulse much?
